Each school may bring 1 Reader’s Theatre, 1 Words-n-Music and Unlimited Individual Event slates (limit 2 IEs per pattern per contestant). Coaches, please note that your sweeps & non-sweeps students will meet in prelims.  A competitor may enter a specific IE only once.  Draw events are limited to one event per competitor.  There is no limit on Debate team entries.  A $25-per-entry fee will be assessed per debate drop after the entry deadline.  Coaches should designate the “Sweeps” slate.  All IE finalists and debate quarter-finalists will receive a trophy.  Sweepstakes trophies will be awarded.  Our tournament will serve as a qualifier for the 2012 Tournament of Champions.  Please refer to the ACTAA website for the 2011-2012 tournament rules.

One qualified judge must be provided for each individual event slate, as well as one debate judge per every two debate entries. A $20 fee will be assessed for each uncovered judging assignment.  Please provide the names of judges on your entry.  As always, additional judges are needed and appreciated.  Our schedule does not allow for a break; no restaurants are in close proximity to the school.  A variety of concessions will be available on campus.
