Meals will be provided to Executive Council and Committee members  in attendance and members who are working on the strategic plan

Professional Development hours and meals will be free to those members who participate in the strategic planning.   Otherwise the cost will be $5.00 ($10 for non members) per hour taken if they don’t wish to participate. 

Hopefully, everyone will want to participate in our planning. If not, $5.00 is reasonable.

Sunday, July 15

1:45 Arrival/Registration

2pm-5pm Professional Development Hours  (Room for several kinds of sessions.)

6pm Dinner Meeting  in Russellville, yes we will work  

7:30pm Strategic Planning begins (group work…it is possible this could be professional development hours for committees such as Stu Co, TOC, and Demo Day to work on stuff like they do at fall conference; also I will be doing some exercises in group work that will be training for teachers.)

Monday, July 16, 

8am Breakfast/mailout session

9am Professional Development hours

11:30am Lunch Meeting

1:00pm Strategic Planning Session

2:30pm Professional Development Hours

4pm Follow up on workshop

5pm Adjournment
